“DIGITAL
HOMEOPATHIC REPERTORY” SOFTWARE PROGRAM LICENCE AGREEMENT.

     1.
Licence: Under this licence you may use the enclosed Editora Organon
Ltda. program (Software) on only a single computer at any one time. The
software is “in use” when it is loaded into RAM, installed on
a hard disk or other store device (other than a network server).
Installing the Software on a network server solely for the purpose of
internally distributing the Software shall not constitute “in
use”, provided you have a licence for each single computer to which
the Software is distributed. If the number of users of the Software is
reasonably anticipated to exceed the number of corresponding licenses,
then you must have a means of ensuring that number of users concurrently
does not exceed the number of licences.

     2.
Copyright: The Software “Digital Homeopathic Repertory” is
owned by Editora Organon Ltda. Or its suppliers and is protected by
Brazil copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

     3.
Reproduction: You may not copy the written materials accompanying
the Software (“Manuals”); use copy, modify, translate, or
merge the Software except as provided in this agreement:
reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software or otherwise
attempt to determine its underlying source code or permit any such
actions except expressly permitted by the application of local copyright
law whose exclusion is precluded; or sublicense (except to the extent
specifically permitted herein), rent or lease all or any portion of the
Software.

     4.
Software Protection: “Digital Homeopathic Repertory”
Software is protected by a hard-lock (“Protection Disk”) that
comes inside this package, that should be used to enable and as licence
of use of this program when you first install it on a hard disk.

     5.
Restrictions of Use: THE “PROTECTION DISK” OF
“DIGITAL HOMEOPATHIC REPERTORY” CAN BE INSTALLED IN JUST ONE
COMPUTER. TO USE THE PROGRAM IN ANOTHER COMPUTER, THE USER MUST
UNINSTALL OF FIRST ONE, AND AFTER, INSTALL IT IN THE SECOND ONE. The
“Protection Disk” can’t be duplicated, blocked or defused by
any way.

     6.
Agreement Duration: This agreement has no determined duration,
limited by the total execution of its clauses. If any part of this
agreement is held to be unenforceable, as written, it shall be enforced
to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. The noncompliance of
any clause, implies in the automatic rescission of the same.

     7.
Limited Warranty: Editora Organon warrants that, for 180 days after
date of delivery of the Software to you, the disks or CD-ROM will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your exclusive remedy
for breach of warranty is to return the complete product, with your
receipt, to your dealer and it will be replaced for free. You are
responsible for the selections of the Software and for the installation
of, use of, and verification of results obtained from, the Software. To
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Editora Organon
expressly disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express
or implied, including without limitation warranties and conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and
non-infringement, as well as any warranties that the operation of the
products will be interruption or error free. Except as expressly set
forth herein, the software is provided “as-is”. All warranties
and conditions shall terminate 180 days from date of delivery of the
original license.

     8.
Upgrades of the Product: Editora Organon can create improved
versions of any part of the “Digital Homeopathic Repertory”
Software periodically. On these occasions Editora Organon will place the
new version available to the users, reviewing them the costs of the new
version or of the modernization.

     9.
Limitations of Liability: In no event will Editora Organon be liable
to you for any indirect, corporeal injuries, business interruption, lost
of informations, or any consequential, special or exemplar damages,
arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the
software or manual, the breach any express or implied warranty or
condition, or otherwise in connection with the software. The manuals,
and/or this license even if Editora Organon has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.

     10.
Forum of the Agreement: It is elect to illuminate any doubts
regarding this agreement, the Forum of the City of Sao Paulo, State of
Sao Paulo, BRAZIL, with renouncement, for the contracting parts of any
other one, for more privileged than it is.
